Caloni Michelle is a Personal Branding Consultant and founder of Brandstrom – A Personal Branding Agency. She helps entrepreneurs (social media influencers, coaches, authors, speakers, network marketers, real estate agents, etc) build their personal brand through branding, social media strategy, digital marketing, and product/services development.
Caloni was born and raised a small-town-California girl with nothing more than perseverance, a laptop, and a DREAM.
From growing up poor, which led to feeling like an outcast, different & lonely and being bullied in school, to losing her father at 13 years of age and her then-boyfriend at 19 years of age, she had nowhere to turn and no place to go but forward.
As a result of watching her family financially and emotionally struggle and not having anyone to guide her through life, she made a promise to herself at the age of 15 while lying in bed feeling broken, alone and afraid that she would live a different life. At that moment, she was liberated as she knew she no longer had to live the life she was dealt.
She committed to living a life full of happiness and success while helping others find their “why” and significance. However, she thought education was the only path to success.
Starting in 2010, while working a 9-to-5, she began learning the elements of branding as she wanted to build her own brand.
After completing a lifelong personal goal – a Master’s Degree in Business Administration – in 2014, she still felt unfulfilled, bored and stuck while working in the corporate world as her potential was limited by her job description.
She 9-to-5 left me frustrated at my wasted potential of wanting to empower and help people. Caloni was overworked, underpaid, and ultimately unsatisfied as she was building someone else’s dream rather than pursuing her own.
One day, she woke up from her corporate slumber. After 6 years of knowing that she had a greater calling in her career, she finally gathered the courage & resigned from the corporate world once and for all.
She was determined to make it as an entrepreneur & LIVE LIFE ON HER TERMS. Over the last 8 years, she has immersed in the world of BRANDING along with hundreds of hours of mentorships, online courses, conferences, personal development books, and podcasts.
After 4 years of growing my personal brand, she launched Brandstrom – A Personal Branding Agency where she builds and scales personal brands through branding, social media and digital marketing.
She has developed proven tools, courses and mentorship to help entrepreneurs – who are stuck in the same place that she was just years ago – to grow, scale & monetize their personal brands.
