Evan McMullin is an American political activist who ran as an independent during the 2016 Presidential Election, and is currently running as an independent to represent Utah in the U.S. Senate. Prior to throwing his hat into the political ring, McMullin spent time as as an undercover CIA officer, an investment banker for Goldman Sachs, and a senior adviser on national security issues for the House Committee on Foreign Affairs.
McMullin is running for Senate in an effort to help America move beyond division and extremism with. He has outlined 5 “Priorities of Renewal” and 12 “Principles of Renewal” that act as the backbone of his campaign.
