Mo Brossette
Keynote Speaker on Fear & Human Potential Teaches All About Self Love, Mindset, & Nutrition
Guest Bio:
Morris “Mo” Brossette grew up running, hiking, biking, and basically living everyday in the woods. Each day was a new adventure of building forts, exploring new areas, and even as a child, creating obstacle courses and other physical challenges to build strength and fitness. Mo continued his passion for adventure when he began adventure racing in 2000. He spent 10 years traveling and competing in 4, 12, 24, and 30-hour adventure races.
Recently, he became a part of the obstacle racing community after racing his first Spartan Beast obstacle race. Mo has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science & Kinesiology. He is a former collegiate strength and conditioning coach, and has worked professionally as a personal trainer and biomechanics expert for 18 years.
He holds multiple training certifications; he’s a Licensed Sports Nutritionist, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and a Spartan SGX Certified Coach. His deep understanding and knowledge of the human body enables him to build himself and his clients into whatever athlete they choose to be.
One of Mo’s mantras is “The only thing that will limit your success is your mind. Your body will be ready for the challenge.”So, if you are searching for a new adventure or you want to try your hand at adventure or obstacle racing, Mo is your man. He will teach you everything you need to know in order to be successful for these events and much more.
